Additional Information

Fixed-fee packages may be available for Powers of Attorney depending on complexity and the number of LPAs required.

Independent Legal Advice fees vary according to the documentation involved and urgency requirements.

Court fees, barristers' fees, expert fees and other third-party expenses may be payable in addition to legal fees.

VAT will be charged where applicable at the prevailing rate.
