Complaints Procedure

Fortiori Law aims to provide clear, responsive service. If a client or prospective client is dissatisfied, concerns should be raised promptly so they can be reviewed and addressed fairly.

Complaints should be submitted in writing with enough detail to identify the matter, the concern raised and the outcome sought. The firm should then acknowledge the complaint, investigate it and respond within its published timescales.
