Delay can weaken a good case
One of the most common mistakes is waiting too long before taking advice. Valuable evidence may be lost, communications may become less disciplined and the commercial position can deteriorate.
Evidence needs structure, not volume
A large quantity of documents is not the same as a persuasive evidential case. The issue is relevance, chronology and how the documents support the legal position being advanced.
Costs and proportionality matter
Litigation strategy should take account of likely costs, timing and recoverability. A technically strong claim can still be mishandled if the economic reality is ignored.
